Shane Heremaia (LLM (Hons), MBA) is of Ngati Tarawhai and Ngati Tuwharetoa descent. He has worked in a private law firm, as a law lecturer and as an in-house lawyer. He spent four years with Te Ohu Kaimoana and returned in 2008 from four years in London working in both the public and private sectors to take up the position of General Manager.

Pare Hakaraia is of Tuhourangi and Ngati Whakaue descent. She spent 21 years with BNZ in customer services and has also worked as a researcher for Ngati Whakaue. Pare has been with the organisation since 1995.
	Office Administrator

Heidi Symon (BMS, GCB) is of Te Aitanga a Mahaki and Whakatohea descent. She has worked for Turanga Ararau in Gisborne, Statistics New Zealand in Auckland, Raukawa Trust Board in Tokoroa, Te Wananga o Aotearoa in Tokoroa and Hamilton as well as the Waiariki Office of the Maori Land Court.
