Ron Roberts (Chair) - Elected to the Board in 2006.
Ron has a background in business consulting and is the current Chairman of Te Whare Hauora o Ngongotaha and Te Kura o Te Whakarewarewa, and has been involved with his marae and hapu trusts since 1982.

Stuart Burns (Director) – Elected to the Board in 2009.
Stuart Burns is a chartered accountant with over 30 years’ experience.Stuart is currently the Chief Executive of the Rotorua Energy Charitable Trust.

Clinton Hemana (Director) – Elected to the Board in 2010.
Clinton has a background in the Maori Resource and Agri-business Sectors. Clinton is currently is the Managing Director of Hemana Consulting Ltd, Chief Executive of Ag-NOSIS Ltd and an Engagement Consultant at RE:GEN.

Peter Reid (Director) – Elected to the Board in 2009.
Peter is currently the Fishing Operations Manager with Pelco NZ Ltd in Tauranga and has over 30 years experience in the fishing industry.
