Nominations are now closed.  In the event that only one nomination for a Representative of an iwi was received, the person nominated shall be deemed to be duly elected and a Declaration shall be made by 9 August 2016.

You must have been registered with the Trust as an Adult or Potential Adult Registered Beneficiary of the relevant Iwi by 18 July 2016 in order to vote, to nominate or to be nominated. A copy of the Trust Deed explaining the election process is available from the Trust and or on our website.

Voting shall be by way of Ballot with votes to be cast by Postal Vote on an Election Voting Slip which will be sent to Adult and Potential Adult Beneficiaries at the address held on the Beneficiaries Register. Votes shall be received at our offices no later than 5.00 pm on 15 September 2016.
